Green Homes Dispute Resolution launches to protect consumers and support standards
Green Homes Dispute Resolution has launched to strengthen consumer protection, promote high standards and support fair outcomes across the green homes sector. The scheme provides homeowners with confidence and reassurance when investing in energy efficiency and low-carbon home improvements.
Specialising in renewable energy technologies and EV chargepoints. the scheme offers a free, independent and impartial process for resolving disputes. Where issues cannot be resolved directly with an installer, consumers have access to a clear and trusted route to redress, protecting homeowners while supporting responsible businesses that meet expected standards of quality and service.
The launch supports the Warm Home Plan’s commitment to help households upgrade their homes with confidence, improving comfort, reducing energy costs and accelerating the transition to more energy-efficient homes.
Green Homes Dispute Resolution works exclusively with approved Consumer Protection Schemes that demonstrate a commitment to high standards and will welcome new partners throughout 2026 to drive positive change across the market.
